Policy

Where to return your product is listed in the section above. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

The HookCups™ return policy is 30 days from date of purchase. After 30 days there are no refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items are not refundable.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Full Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Our last two releases sold out in record time. For our third release we are shipping all orders on a first come first serve basis. You should expect to receive your order within 2-3 weeks or sooner. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as the shipment has been picked up by the carrier.

Not yet, but they’re coming soon! To reduce costs we decided to make a single color for now but rest assured we hear you and will be introducing new colors soon. Please email us what colors you would like so we make sure it is on the list when we release!

Fully assembled your HookCups™ will keep your boats connected by 18 inches.

The number of HookCups™ required depends on your boats length and weight. As a general rule of thumb we recommend the following:

0 to 30 feet: 2 Pieces (1 set)

30 to 45 feet: 3 Pieces (1.5 sets)

45 to 60 Feet: 4 Pieces (2 Sets)

Boats are wet—we get it. So we made HookCups™ easy to connect wet or dry. For a stronger connection we recommend that the surface of the boat you connect on is flat.

You should have received a confirmation email with your order. A confirmation email will have also been sent to confirm it is on the way. Your shipping time will be varied depending on which method you chose upon check out. If you have not received confirmation that your HookCups™ has shipped, please email us at info@thehookcups.com and we will look into your order status.

You can return your HookCups™ within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.

To return your product send to the address noted in our return policy. You are responsible for shipping costs we do recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for any items over $75.

If you have been approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that processing for refunds can take sometime to reflect on your account depending on your banking institution. Allow for 15 business days. Please connect with your bank to confirm that the payment has being posted. If they have not received the refund, please contact us at info@thehookcups.com
